Apr 23,2023The whole course was great from start to finish. Content was great and delivered at the right pace. Michelle was brilliant and handled a room full of trainers in a great way. She managed to keep us all engaged and stopped unnecessary stories (trainers like to be heard)!

Apr 02,2023WITHOUT PREJUDICE As a highly regarded First Aid Citizen who has decades of training and experience. I attended an Emergency First Aid Training Course but the Trainer Russell Hicks (Ringwood Library, Hampshire is where the Course was done) was in my professional opinion heartless, nasty, disrespectful, unfriendly and incompetent. Russell told me he works for Nuco Training Ltd in Cornwall. He may have lied to me but I am not qualified to challenge otherwise. So please can Nuco Training Ltd track down the Emergency First Aid Trainer and clarify if the Company Nuco Training Ltd is correct or otherwise as you are in a far better position to me as a Royal Navy Veteran and Pensioner.

Everything was easy to read and understand. The 3-day course was excellent. The Trainer delivered a well-planned and interactive course. Jo the trainer, used stories, group work, exercises to implement the learnng.

The Instructor was extremley good with lots of helpful ideas on how to structure sessions to suit various groups great knowledge and experience. Well worth doing. Highly recommend NUCO as a company. Mar 16,2023Glenn and Daz are amazing trainers, made the course fun at the same time as making sure we all learnt everything expected of us. They both took time to make us comfortable and worked with us. The weather was bad and they both made sure we were safe getting to and from the centre. The group was very friendly and we all got on well throughout the week. I throughly enjoyed my week and will be recommending Nuco training yo everyone.
