Sep 18,2024This course was packed full of information. I learnt so much and our instructor Glenn was very good- he had expertise and humour and made it a really enjoyable learning experience. Our group all came away uplifted. Definitely recommend it!

Sep 18,2024I have never enjoyed a course as much as I did this one. The venue and the food was amazing. Everyone in the class was supportive and Glenn our tutor was absolutely brilliant. No question was to big or small and he injected so much fun and laughter throughout the week to keep us going. 100% will be back again in three 3years, hopefully with the same faces for a reunion. Thank you, Glenn, for all of your hard work, I've learnt a lot from you.

Sep 16,2024I attended a MH train the trainer course. These sessions, due to the subject matter, can be triggering for some delegates. Our tutor ran the sessions very sensitively, allowing time, space, and permission for time out if needed. Martin was very friendly and approachable as well as displaying a deep and clear understanding of the subject matter.

Sep 07,2024What an enjoyable 5 day course with Paul. From the moment the course started and right until the very end. Paul was engaging, funny, and had a great sense of humour and had a wealth of knowledge not just in First Aid but in training and getting the most out of teaching. Honestly cannot say how great this course was.

I was issued with a course confirmation email and details required for the course well in advance and sent a pack the week before I completed my Instructor training. Everything provided was of excellent quality and I now have everything I need to deliver training at various levels in mental health. Martin (course tutor) was great and he facilitated well throughout and it has been an all round excellent experience.

Sep 03,2024Just completed the advanced first aid instructors course in Bristol. The venue was second to none. As for the course, it was run simultaneously with an EATS course which I already had, because of this I thought the priority was to concentrate on these students. I would have liked more first aid training, updates etc. One of my colleagues who was doing his EATS course said he didn't really get any knowledge of first aid so he is very nervous about taking his first class. Going forward, I would split this course for people who have a previous knowledge of first aid and just concentrate on this. Having said this, the trainer was very knowledgeable when eventually asked first aid questions..And the company NUCO seemed a professional outfit.

Aug 12,2024A really enjoyable course with relaxed and experienced instruction from Lara. The AED was woven into the first aid course. The venue was the Holiday Inn, Oxford and it has a superb training and conference centre. Unlike some courses, I think you should already have first aid experience rather than expecting to learn as you go. You will get straight into giving presentations on parts of the FAAW syllabus. I would recommend this course and NUCO generally for their no-fuss administration system, for course admin and qualification awards.

Aug 10,2024Just attended a five day training course with Nuco and it was excellent. The trainer was so experienced, organised and knowledgeable, and was able to get the best out of each person on the course. I improved not only my knowledge and experience on the course, but also made improvements to my own teaching through Lara’s approach and watching the other learners on the course. Excellent training facility at Oxford Holiday Inn, great course and lovely people. I will definitely be attending further courses with Nuco in the future.

Sep 19,2024Really engaging trainer - the whole class worked well under his guidance and support. Brilliant at encouraging early engagement in homework tasks, and supportive of our needs as individuals and as a group. Probably the best training I have had - and great fun.
