Ordered and never received anything tried to contact the company multiple times to rectify And diddnt even get an acknowledgment.
Doesn’t answer emails/instagram/phone. Somehow my package is in Israel, I live in Australia They say email anything and they help but nothing, what a joke. (Will change if i get my order)

I ordered a jumper from here at the end of November for a Christmas present. I tried to return the jumper at the beginning of January but was over the one month time limit by 1 or 2 days (I felt this was unfair as it was the Christmas period and they didn’t allow any extra to return items). I then contacted the company to see if I could at least exchange the item as it was too small for the person I purchased it for. I tried calling, emailing and messaging on the website but heard nothing for ages. I eventually got a reply to say I could exchange the item but then didn’t receive the link to do so. I then finally received the link to do the exchange so I completed this online and had to select the item I wanted to exchange for. Most items were out of stock so we opted for the one item that they had in the correct size which they liked. I then sent the parcel back and was expecting to receive the new item. I got an email to say that the item was no longer in stock so they couldn’t complete the exchange and to contact if I had any questions. I contacted them to ask what would happen next (whether I would get a voucher or something). I’ve heard nothing back so it’s now almost April and this has been going on since beginning of January! I have sent the item back and have no money back from what I paid, it’s an absolute joke! The customer service is terrible, I just want a refund now as it’s impossible to get anything else sorted but trying to get through to them is impossible!
Wrong item delivered and completely impossible for anyone to be reached through the customer service. I’ve tried to contact them via email phone and instagram with no response. Shame to see this from an independent but I would avoid ordering from them again. I’m now left with a jumper I don’t want and seemingly nothing that I can do about it….
Super impressed by the customer service from Number Six. My order was delivered on time and was too big for me, so I had the option to send it back or use the value of my order for a replacement. Which I did and it was sent out to me to arrive the following working day. I’m not used to doing returns and messed it, the customer support team were excellent, really quick to respond and helpful in sorting it out. I will definitely use Number Six again. 👍🏻
Product arrived looking used. I sent it back for a refund and yet I still have to pay for return packaging... Yeah, next time I would rather not shop with them

Ordered some socks last year and received without problem, however more recently I ordered a sweater which never arrived, and impossible to reach anyone from customer service either by phone, email or social media. Seems the company has just disappeared...

made an order - tracking hasn't updated since jan 24th saying 'sender dispatching item'. Tried to call, email and socials but no response. Pretty rubbish, £104 down the drain.
Difficult one because Jake was excellent before Christmas when Royal Mail lost the parcel, calling me personally and rearranging delivery. Really excellent. Unfortunately though, I’ve not been able to contact him for a return. Multiple emails (on same email thread so no way are they in junk), multiple calls and a voicemail. I’m reluctantly leaving this to try and get somewhere.
Haven’t heard from this company in nearly 2 weeks despite multiple emails and unanswered calls. Still no update on my delivery
