Jan 06,2024I ordered a Carhartt jacket from NumberSix but recieved the wrong item. No problem - I returned the jacket and explained that I'd like a refund unless they could actually send the item I paid for. I have tried calling roughly 30 times over the course of 6 days and not a single call was answered. I have tried alternate routes of comms but they're pretty much unreachable, yet I have recieved numerous marketing emails from them since the purchase asking for reviews of their service etc. I have no problem with a wrong item being sent, it happens! The customer service however, is non existent because you cannot contact them AT ALL. I've tried email, instagram, Whatsapp and telephone. All either bounce, ring dead or do not work. How do you ever resolve any issues??? All I want to do is ask whether they have the correct item in stock. If they do, to please send it, OR, if they do not have the item, to confirm whether the refund has actually been processed. Im not usually one to write bad reviews (specially for small businesses), but contactability/customer service is the most important aspect of ANY business. You should probably sort this out. Wrong item recieved on 28th December, item return was processed on the same day. The only communication I have recieved since is an automated email saying they've recieved the coat, that was 4 days ago. Nothing since.

Jan 03,2024My son is thrilled with this bag. The size is large enough for his laptop and uni books. It looks smart and he can carry his skateboard on it due to the straps. It also holds his flask. Perfect! Number six delivered it next day, a week before Christmas. I was very impressed with the professional website and updates sent once dispatched. I will buy from Number Six again👍 Thank you! Nov 21,2023I made a purchase in October but haven’t received it. The bot assistant said they’d get in touch with me after speaking with Royal Mail and two weeks on, I haven’t heard anything back. I tried calling the main number cause usually it’s much easier to chat over the phone. It rings but no one will answer. The WhatsApp number hasn’t been seen since July 2023. I’ve sent many emails which have disappeared into the ether. This has been hands down the most frustrating customer experience I’ve had. Could be easily solved with a timely response and refund.

Nov 14,2023First order with Number Six, the product arrived swiftly but was the incorrect size, i ordered a medium but was sent a large. Have been trying to get hold of them since the 2nd of November to arrange an exchange but have had no response. I've called, emailed, whatsapped multiple times. Can someone please respond to me?? Have been patient with 12 days of waiting but something isn't right here.
