Oct 05,2023I am trying to get in touch with them about returning/exchanging a product I bought but have had no response for almost a week and have tried all means of communication! I have sent the product back but have not been refunded and no longer wish to exchange for another one.

Oct 06,2023Took a week to dispatch it, during that week I emailed you twice with some questions and you didn’t bother to reply. Received the jacket which I sadly had to return, returned it to you at my own expense, you’ve had it for a week, no email from you to say you’ve received it or when I’ll get my refund. I’ve emailed you again this week which you haven’t replied to. I guess you’re ok if everything’s fine, slow but ok. Completely useless if you have a query.
