Ocean Estate Agents have been selling Bristol homes of all shapes and sizes – large and small, grand ¬and modest, smart and not so smart… for all kinds of people since 1984.
Founder Paul Harris started the business over 40 years ago with Ocean Bishopston on Gloucester Road, and there are now 12 local offices across the city including one in Portishead and Weston super Mare.
Their ethos is very much ‘people before property’, with the emphasis on looking after the individuals and families buying or selling their homes, to make what is often a challenging experience, as worry-free as possible.
Ocean’s teams, reflect the culturally rich communities of this wonderful city, spanning a diverse mix of ages and backgrounds from across Bristol.
It is also very much a family business. Many of the team have grown up and started their own families whilst working for Ocean – they even have some second generation ‘Oceaners’ now working for the company.

Mar 16,2024Elizabeth was great at communicating progression. I never met her but her emails were efficient and prompt. Viewings..A little more respect of the house would be appreciated, footprints etc. Admittedly the property was empty and needed an overhaul but it was an emotional attachment and home. Overall a good outcome, and would use again if needed.
