Apr 22,2025Terrible. I ordered twice, both times had issues. First time I ordered a shirt with printing on, however when I received my confirmation email, there was no printing mentioned so I messaged the online site to check this had gone through. I was told that the email must be wrong as they could see I had paid for printing and to wait until it turned up. Of course the shirt arrived without the printing I had ordered even though I had been charged for it. I took photos and sent the shirt back for a full refund. I had to chase this refund up as it had not been processed. I ordered another shirt which was supposedly dispatched on the 11th of April, however I could see no tracking. I chased this up and was told this can sometimes happen and I should hear soon. As I still had not heard anything a few days later I chased again to be told ‘ We checked the status of your order and saw that it has not been dispatched from our warehouse yet and the order has been stuck on "label created" since the 11th of April. This is strange, as it’s been more than a week. I’ve escalated your case directly to our warehouse and inquired about your order. It turns out your package accidentally ended up on the wrong pallet’. This was a gift for someone else needed for Friday the 25th of April which I now wont be able get in time even though the original shirt was ordered at the end of March. Awful service and communication.
