Apr 20,2025Honest... Ok so I ordered and paid extra too have the delivery guaranteed 1-2 days. I then have to deal with customs requesting numerous times for proofs of purchase etc because the company are being inspected by HMRC. This was stated over the phone. I was then unable to get my delivery for 5 working days in total. This made the present late for my son's birthday. I got offered no apologies and no refund for the extra delivery fee. I would never order through them again.
