Apr 04,2025I appreciate your response, but I find your repeated refusal to offer a reasonable solution extremely disappointing. While I acknowledge that you provide sizing guides, it is unrealistic to expect that they will always result in a perfect fit, especially for children. Many reputable companies recognize this and offer return options that accommodate customers in such situations. Your rigid approach to this issue, along with your unwillingness to make exceptions or offer any form of resolution beyond simply reiterating your policy, is unacceptable. I did my due diligence in selecting the correct size based on the information available, yet the product did not fit as expected. Refusing to take any responsibility for this and placing the entire burden on the customer is simply poor customer service. I request that this matter be escalated to a supervisor immediately. I expect a fair resolution, whether that be a prepaid return label, an exchange, or store credit. If your company is unwilling to work with customers in good faith, I will have no choice but to reconsider future purchases and share my experience accordingly. I look forward to a prompt and reasonable resolution from a supervisor.

The box packaging was great, and I had to show it off to my colleagues at the office. I never had an opportunity to wear the away maroon kit as my daughter took ownership of it.
