Apr 01,2025I was a little disappointed because I thought I had ordered the wrong size for my jersey, and they are clear that you cannot make changes to your order. Gladly, what I ordered fit me well. If they could change this, the customer experience would be better, in my opinion. The other items I ordered arrived as I expected. As for the products, they are high quality products and the descriptions they show in their website is very accurate.

Avoid at all costs Updated in response to response below. This review is about my last three interactions/shops with you. You lie (actually I have an email from you saying I can change the address) , you don’t escalate to mangers as promised, you don’t deliver in time for Christmas as expected!!?? So no, you don’t pack and ship quickly. In fact the opposite. Also let me order things listed in stock, and days before Christmas notify me they’re not. You’re rubbish. And to top it off you don’t do anything to apologise for your rubbish service. And you’re “hoping” it worked out, and you’re sorry “I” feel this way…stop it with your passive aggressive rhetoric, it deflects responsibility and invalidates my feelings without genuine empathy or apology… Sums you up.
