Mar 25,2025Hi. I don’t know if it has anything to do with you, but it has been a month and I haven’t received my package yet. It says clearance delay: “Shipment requires importer's registration/identification number for clearance. (Examples include EIN, SSN, VAT, GST, RFC, etc.) Recommended action: Importer must provide the required registration/ identification number.” Is there any way you can help me out with this one? Maybe reclaim the shipment back and process a refund. I’d love to have my city shirt but it’s getting ridiculous at this point. Thank you
