Mar 18,2025Terrible customer service. Paid for express delivery, certainly didn't receive express delivery. Told 1 day it was due for collection then told by transport it wasn't available for collection. Just a sham! Very very disappointed

Mar 18,2025Read all FAQs before making any dealings with the company as they dont take any responsibility of their fraudulent behavior. i made a purchase whereby i was given a price and i made the payment. No mention of any other cost nor did their confirmation email mention that. For a approx C$110 total i got a shocking custom bill of C$28. I am sure ManCity has had dealings overseas but conveniently kept silent while a client makes a purchase. If a company is expecting every client to go and look at FAQs before making any simple purchase rather than mention this while making the payment and in the confirmation email then there is a fundamental issue with your system and a HUGE Lack of trust. You are expected to go through every line of website before makijg any purchase. They wont take any responsibility...I will surely refrain from making any purchase.

It was only 5 mins after making the order that I realised the socks might be the wrong size. I phoned but was told it wasn't possible to change. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Mar 21,2025The shirt did not fit, and as I was going to the game, I took it to the official store at the Ethihad. They would not allow me to exchange or return it because of the UCL and FIFA stamps. At the same time, there was another person collecting his shirt from the store (I got mine delivered at home), but for him, the store did process the return. The shirt was exactaly the same with the same prints. Different procedure for the same issue in the same store!!
