Have been told by the customer service advisor Jane that over the last 3 years the owners had health issues which impacted the business. Now they are back with a new partner to bring the attention back to the business and they want to continue giving excellent customer service which was missed over last 2 years.

Jun 09,2024This may be a harsh review. I received an email, on Thursday, apologising about problems with DPD resulting in a delay. I responded asking for a ‘when’ ETA. No response and now I receive a ‘How did we do?’ I’m sure this is an automated process error but, well, there lies the heart of many problems… DAYS later, NO response. NO merchandise delivered. NOTHING - like customer service or who gives a sh_t points! THEY, Olectrical, obviously do not. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. May they rot!

Feb 26,2024Rubbish service my order was not delivered despite that I have been charged for it and on top of that I have been chasing your company by emails, filling out your online forms and leaving several voicemails despite alll that olectrical company has still not responded by emai, text or phone call. I want my full refund ASAPaa your company has failed not to deliver under the consumer rights I am entitled to a full refund and compensation. Anyone interested purchasing from this company do not. What is more insulting is that you keep sending emails for a review when you have NOT delivered my order.Disappointing, untrustworthy, unprofessional and despicable company & customer service.

Aug 15,2023Purchased item in good faith but Olelctrical informed me 3 weeks after the purchase that DPD and FedEx would be charging and additional £25 to deliver my item to Northern Ireland. I was offered the option to cancel the order which I did, however I have not been refunded nor have the company contacted me again. I am suspecting some criminal activity is behind this because I know both DPD and FedEx have both delivered items to me on numerous occasions without any surcharge. I would not recommend using Olelectrical under any circumstances.

Jun 20,2023Placed order and expected prompt delivery as for an urgent job, received an email saying “we are experiencing delays with our courier,please allow an additional day for delivery” several days later after several “Vodafone voicemail” messages (seems a bit odd for a business) not responded to,and emails,receive a message that the supplier had insufficient stock to fulfill the order and they had cancelled the order ! Customer has now gone elsewhere as I couldn’t say when I might be able to install, very shoddy service, best to avoid Olectrical or your business too,may suffer
