Oct 09,2024Lovely hotel, beautiful seaside setting. Our Rep Anne looked after us all the way… she was outstanding in her attention to detail and her support. Food in the hotel was great too. I didn’t go on all the excursions as I wanted lots of relaxation time but I loved the cooking school and the Cadiz trip. I loved the whole One Traveller experience!

Oct 09,2024A very well organised holiday from start to my return to Heathrow. Carole our tour guide was so lovely and took great care to make sure everyone was ok in a very kind and attentive way. Livio our local guide was so nice. He was fun and informative and very welcoming. It was a busy week and all days were well planned. OT could not change the weather but it was disappointing. Croatia is beautiful but would have been even nicer in the sun. It was good that most meals were included and we visited many lovely restaurants but for me there was too much food on offer some days Eg a 3 course lunch and then a 3 course dinner. The group were all very nice and good company. Thought it a great idea that we sat with a variety of people at dinner. And a word about the bus driver Dragon ? He was a great driver with a comfortable bus. The hotel was good and I had a lovely bedroom but due to the weather we were unable to use the outside sitting area except for one evening. For some reason my suitcase was not booked through direct to Edinburgh. I don’t understand why as ladies from Glasgow, Aberdeen and Manchester all were booked through. This caused problems for me with all the self service machines for boarding passes and luggage tags with no one to help and must say it spoilt a very relaxing holiday. So if I travel with OT again I will only book if my case is directed to my destination. An attraction for me was the pre holiday dinner and transport to airport but then on return leaving the group at the terminal arrival I had to negotiate HR and change terminal independently with my suitcase. All in all though apart from HR and the weather both of which were out with OTs control the holiday was first class. Many thanks.

Oct 09,2024This was my 4th holiday with one traveller it was also my 80th birthday. I had the most amazing time with a lovely group. The care and attention I received was excellent. Hotel was very good and trips out were interesting and diverse. The care I received from the one traveller rep was exceptional , I am planning my next holiday for next year with one traveller

Oct 09,2024The holiday was well put together we were taken to lots if interesting places.i think perhaps more break days in-between visits would have been better.i found the hotel disappointing especially the standard of food ,rooms were badly maintained also. Considering the price of the holiday I expected a much more up market hotel.

I have just had a lovely week in the champagne region of France and everything was very well organised except the weather which is not their fault. I have since then booked a holiday to Madeira which I look forward to. I have found them to be very good at everything so far.

Oct 04,2024Very impressive- taken a good care of us by tour manager and local guides. Good quality accommodations and plenty of food ( sometimes too much) in a good restaurants. The hotel dinners were also well presented and tasty. Drink included Itinerary full on, covered amazing sites and excursions. All entrance to parks paid , lifts and other form of transport (like a jungle train) too, so no extra costs

Oct 03,2024I'm very impressed with One Traveller, my first holiday with you and I'm already about to book another, maybe two! Before I left I had a message from Karen to say if I needed anything to contact her, and shortly afterwards another from Glen, our tour manager, that's what I call personal service. Everything went very well, the group of 30 got on well together, possibly due to the 'numbered' place settings on our dining tables, a brilliant idea of mixing everyone up. Our guide Irene, was very comprehensive, detailing Romania's history and life under Communist rule, which I found very interesting. The hotels were excellent, some even had walk in showers (I hate showers over baths). Days in coach travel were not too long with frequent stops. The cultural side was well met, from painted churches to traditional evenings in a family home. There was absolutely nothing with which i could find fault. Well done!

Oct 03,2024The quality of the accommodation was excellent, especially the heated indoor pool! Places of interest were well chosen and the local guide was very knowledgeable. Meals were of a good standard.
