Feb 11,2025Our rep Amanda Donahue was very helpful and welcoming on arrival. The entertainment was good, except quite a lot of people said it was rather too early to leave at 9.15 am for Castle Howard and we didn't need quite so long there. The guitarist in the bar where liked to talk was rather a distraction.

Feb 11,2025Extremely Good English Guide and Local Guide who was with us for most of the Tour. We would have preferred it if he had been with us for most of The Tour. Very Good Itinerary though for most of the time pretty full on. One of the Internal Flights from Bangkok did not appear to be very well handled or organised but perhaps a lot of it was to do with the Ages of the majority of The Group and their physical capabilities.

Feb 11,2025This was a fantastic trip. There were no problems booking with One Traveller. The hotel was sited on a slope above the lake with good views. The Tour Manager looked after us well. The only issue was my case did not arrive until a couple of days later- nothing to do with OT.

This holiday in St. Johann im Pongau has made me want to visit again in spring, the very best recommendation.

Feb 04,2025I have to recommend the organisation put in place by One Traveller. Everything was catered for, be it Serena, the tour guide and driver. All were exceptional. However, I have to say that Serena was absolutely wonderful in taking care of us.

Feb 04,2025I've rarely booked a package holiday as I prefer to travel on my own, however, I felt it would be nice to have company for Christmas. I wasn't disappointed with my One Traveller trip. The hotel was very pleasant and I especially loved the heated outdoor pool. My only small complaint is that the food wasn't that amazing. It was ok as we had a couple of choices but nothing special however the hotel staff were so lovely and helpful, with such great service that it wasn't an issue. Our guide was very attentive and looked after us all very well and I thoroughly enjoyed every excursion. Of course what really helped was that we had snow so our lovely Christmas morning horse carriage ride was very special. The gala concert in Salzburg was also wonderful, I loved it. I had a really super time and will certainly consider another Christmas trip with One Traveller
