Feb 15,2025I had a terrible experience with OnlineDelivery.in. Priya initially responded quickly and confirmed my order, but after I made the payment, the gift was never delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no response or update. This feels like a scam.

Dec 05,2024I looked for a way to send birthday cake to my relative and came across this website, among others. What prompted me to choose this was the prompt response to my few mundane queries. Followed next was the courteous and super-service I received in changeing the delivery address after a few hours of making payment. The lady, Madam Priya in particular, was very polite, sincere and prompt in responding to all my queries and requests. And of course, I learned later from the recipient, the cake was delicious. Just to say, one more word: I could manage the whole thing sitting on the other side of the world (sending the birthday cake to a remote village in India from USA), hence five stars.

Highly recommended for those who want to send surprise gifts on special occasions. Personally speaking: way better than high street and fancy companies we use in tier one cities.
