The card had no personal note though I had specifically asked for it. And the cake was nt the one I ordered!! It's worse experience. Nothing professional with these people.

Nov 09,2018Avoid visiting this website and if you visit don’t orders anything from them. Firstly they will be polite to you once order delivers they become rude. I ordered Cake in discription they mentioned cold cake and then they deliver normal cake with KIWI cheap quality cake waste of money even after many complaints they stop answering my call and they didn’t even reply to my email.

Oct 04,2018Original order though was delivered on time, had an incorrect product delivered. When checked via email, received a prompt response and in less than 24 hours, the correct product was delivered. The customer service is impeccable and its very easy to communicate with them. Products I think are priced reasonably. I plan to use them for all of my orders to India.

Sep 22,2018This is a pathetic website or app. They never give on time delivery. Charges extra for on time delivery and deliver it 3 days later not even on the same day. Very poor quality of products. Recommend not to order anything from here. Wastage of money. No proper response from there team
