Cake was good and its decoration also good. Only I have some issue in receiving the time delayed by 20min. Actually 20min delay is not much impact in normal case. I had some scheduled program. So the delay if 20min is some what impacted in others schedules. Otherwise everything is super

My order number -193867 This is my third review on the same order which was placed on 5th August. And all they have to said so far on all 3 reviews is - Dear Abhisarika, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We have your order number and we will resolve your concern asap. THATS IT !! If you look at the list of bad reviews, the Onlinedelivery team has literally copy pasted the response to all of the customers. But they havent provided any solutions at all. I have recieved the same response thrice that they are looking into the matter. Utter Shameful Service !

I placed my order at 15h30 for delivery between 18h00 and 19h00. It was a last-minute order and I really needed it delivered the same day. I really appreciate that they accept PayPal because I was reluctant to enter my card details on another payment gateway. After placing my order I came across the negative reviews here and on Twitter and thought I'd thrown my money down the drain, complaints about late deliveries, no delivery, poor quality products etc. At exactly 18h30 the recipient sent me a message thanking me for the gifts. Thank you OnlineDelivery.in for your timely delivery.

Order number : 190759 The order is still not delivered . So many times contacted customer care, they are not useful. They just say it is in process. Wait for it. It's been more than 10 days of my order, haven't delivered it. OnlineDelivery.in please help to resolve it. I had recently ordered a two tiered cake, a card and a bunch of roses for my uncle’s 50th wedding anniversary. Although the delivery happened on time. The cake was delivered damaged (top tier broken and half falling from the 2nd tier) and card wasn’t delivered. This was my first time ordering through the site and though I was happy with the customer service pre delivery however post delivery I haven’t heard back from the company on the feedback and it was disheartening that they couldn’t deliver the order with care.

We were away 4yrs due to pandemic I. Thought they will atleast deliver for his birthday Absolutely worst service ever I. Placed my order 10 days before despite them charging hefty prices I kept reminding them about the delivery they never delivered I'm highly disappointed and never going to use this service ever again even my friends will never use this
