Sep 04,2018I ordered flower from this website and it was really bad experience. They are asking additional delivery charges. RS.600 delivery charge for a Bunch of 10 Roses !!!!! it was not mentioned at the time of payment and later they sent a separate email for additional delivery charges. Never order anything through this site..

Aug 22,2018I ordered a cake and a bouquet of 12 pink roses via online this website. The order delivered was not at all what I expected and I am very disappointed in the service provided. The cake was of a very substandard quality compared to the price charged. I also had mentioned a mesaage to be written on the cake which wasn’t written on it. The flowers delivered had me disappointed the most. I had ordered a bouquet of 12 pink roses and what i got was a mulch of a few almost dead red roses, the petals for which were already falling out.

May 22,2018If you are a NRI please do not use this company. We placed 2 orders with them, in the first one they forgot to add/send the birthday wishes card with the gifts and sent the 1 kg dry fruits in plastic pouches instead of the box just like the grocery shopping. The chat function didn't work, email sent to them went unanswered. They have a very poor customer service, which is typical of basic local corner shop in India. The second delivery was 2 days later, even after the e-mail complaint, the order was again delivered in plastic pouches and a hand written greeting message was sent. It's a real shame and real pity that these people open the online business but are not capable of providing the real customer service or customer care. A mistake is not a mistake, if you put the effort to correct it. But, they didn't listen, didn't respond and did the same thing again. Incorrigible act. Yes, they delivered on time and quality was good, but presentation was not proper. Please stay away from them. NRIs don't get yourself insulted in front of your relatives.

May 14,2018Pls help yourself guys. Very bad experience. They send torn flowers( I ordered 20 they send 10 ) plus nuts nothing like in photos . They are real cheater's. I have send many gifts to many places. This was insane. Never had something like this in my whole life. Pls dont get cheated and fall for this guys. I will regret whole my life spending 2000 rupees for this. Its in thier pocket now ...whole 2000 ruppees gone for sure.

Apr 27,2018I ordered flowers, teddy bear, valentines day card, and chocolates. Of all these things that i ordered from this website only the chocolates were actually what i ordered. The flowers were not what i ordered, teddy bear was same color, but didnt say the same message i ordered. The valentines day card never arrived instead they sent a complimentary business card with there business information on it. I spoke to someone named "priya" and they said they would fix this however they did not do anything. They never replied to any of my messages on there website or any emails. Im just happy that pay pal was nice enough to refund me for my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

Feb 15,2018Very rude customer care. Fake company . My friend order cake and rose for me for Chandigarh location. They inform him that delivery successfully but i do not receive any thing even not single call. Then I call to customer care they say we attempt delivery but your office was closed and security guard refuse to take thing. then I confirm from security manage and they say no one come to delivery. Customer care say all thing lie to me. Then i request to reschedule delivery and ready to pay delivery charges . then they refuse to reschedule and mark order status as delivered. Again calling to customer care . by hearing my voice they cut a call. At last this is fake company and here to cheat people. One advice to customer : If they do same thing to you then you can ask to bank about fraud and get your money back .

Nov 05,2017It was my freinds birthday and I had ordered rose bouquet from here I was scared whether they will deliver on time or not. But I was glad to see that my bouquet reached my freind on time. It reduces the painto go to the shop and buy personally Good website. Only this website offers such services, the charges are higher as compared to retailers but it reduces transport pain and hence I loved it Great Job Online Delivery Team

Nov 05,2017They are one of the worst company in this Field I have ordered dry fruits and sweets for my relatives on diwali. They have delivered sweets from a local shop (dhaba type) and delivered dry fruits in plastic wrap. They charged 3K for the products. When I lodge complaint they did say that they will look into the matter as I have sent pictures of the products as well but after that they just disappear. I highly suggest not to send anything from this site. They are one of the fraudsters. All the good reviews given in this site must be given by their own people.

Oct 25,2017I ordered a bouquet with chocolates late night a day before diwali and I was having no hopes about being able to send anything special to my loved one this Diwali . But then I saw this and I thought of giving a try and it worked very nicely. I would request them to start this service even in smaller cities and try and keep everyone happy. Sep 08,2018I ordered a fruit basket which was delivered properly, fruits were good & quantity was good. My bad rating is because I had tried to pay with 2 credit cards that did not go through but the security for both the cards was compromised. I now have fraudulent activity on both cards. I am now securing the card that I used to pay for this. Be careful while paying online.
