Nov 29,2024**Warning to Potential Buyers Regarding OVS** I purchased a 2012 Audi A4 3.0 TDI Black Edition from OVS, and my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. The vehicle was not as described in the advertisement. Despite numerous attempts to contact OVS by phone, text, WhatsApp, and email, they failed to respond. It was only after I lodged a formal complaint with AutoTrader that OVS asked me to provide a list of the issues with the car. However, since submitting this information, they have not responded further. I have now escalated the matter to Trading Standards. I am sending recorded letters to their purported business address, with copies forwarded to their general email. Should OVS fail to respond within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to formally reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and seek full compensation for the breach of contract and any associated losses. I will update this review as the situation progresses, but based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company, which appears to operate under false pretences.
