Sep 13,2024Recently purchased my Mercedes from OVS! Dean was exceptional with his work ethics, helped me through the process and went through the application step by step. Very welcoming staff and created a calming environment. I did not feel pressured or at all pushed to purchase the car, in fact I felt relaxed as I understood the process properly thanks to Dean! . The car was delivered to me within two working days even though I do live at distance! This was amazing as I thought I would still be off the road for atleast a week or so! But thankfully not! Would definitely recommend OVS to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I got a very fair price for my car as trade in and the new car was delivered the very next day, a Sunday, even though I live nearly 600 miles away. Cannot fault the new car, the deal or the delivery. I will definitely use these guys again. Brilliant all round.

Jun 29,2024Quick and simple application. Was contacted the same day by Dean who arranged the best finance option out of multiple providers. He helped conduct checks on the cars I wished to purchase and offered to help search. Once car was found, very simple process to arrange purchase and set up finance. On collection of vehicle, very swift transaction and drove away 30 mins later. Dean stayed in constant communication throughout providing support whenever needed. Extremely satisfied with the company and customer service.

Jun 22,2024Found the Defender listed on Autotrader and agreed to drive the 100miles to Amersham to view having established a likely part exchange value on my current car. On arrival had to wait a short while until sales executive was free, whilst my old car was assessed I had a good look around the beautiful defender . The px value was confirmed and an unaccompanied test drive offered and of reasonable length. All good and purchased agreed. Paperwork was painless and with short term insurance cover and taxing of new car, ready to drive home same day. Good coffee too.

Jun 22,2024Bought a vehicle with aledged 3 month warranty which it also states on the website. They were rapid to take our money then delivered the car same day. The car needs a repair after only 1 month. The company did not respond to our calls, emails and legal letters. Every time we called they blocked the phone numbers. Totally ghosting us. CCJ is in motion at the moment. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from these charlatans. Disgrace to the motor trade. Big fancy website with nothing to back it up.
