Apr 29,2024Do not buy any car from them. They try to sell me car after big accident but Hpi clear with big history missing. They still trying to sell this car Porshe Carrera 997 reg WM56VDL. Car is full of filler ,with panels from other cars ,gearbox has some problems, stone chips. I get long way from EU to collect car with 1000 pounds deposit paid to them account. They said that never been in accident but they knew with premeditation what the selling.They did not give me deposit back. All going to court.

Apr 01,2024Bought an Audi q7 in dec, was delivered to us, car making grinding and squealing noises which got worse to the point the car was undrivable, told by garage to find out what’s wrong and they’ll cover the cost or collect the car from us… the suspension was knackered £800 bill not paid by online vehicle solutions as I’m now ignored, the car is still on my drive…. also given the wrong log book so unable to tax or legally own the vehicle without paying dvla for a replacement, disgusting service, I have children and am pregnant and still have no car, have been blocked by this company, have sent emails tried to call and letters with no response AVOID like the plague they have all my savings wrapped up in that heap of junk car and I’m heartbroken

Mar 05,2024Absolute joke, DO NOT buy from these scammers. The website looks good. You get there, it's an absolute scrap yard! They don't care about the car and what they are selling you. I bought an Audi Q5 TDI S-Line. The following day both front doors stopped opening, oil level was minimum, coolant minimum, all front and rear brakes need replacing as had corroded at a cost of nearly £1,400! Now wondering if the MOT is genuine! Text and WhatsApp them with no response so far. Spare key also not working and, yes, I have replaced the battery. I will be taking this further. The invoice for this has now exceeded £2k due to the extent of damage to the brakes!

Purchased a vehicle and the road tax was part of the deal. 2 months after the buying the car I received a letter from the DVLA stating that the direct debit had been cancelled and the car was no longer taxed. got in touch and after almost 3 weeks they said they resolved the situation by sending me a screenshot that the tax had been paid, then only 1 month later another letter from the DVLA stating the same thing. made numerous attempts to contact and will not answer calls or emails. will now take legal action. DO NOT BUY OFF THESE COWBOYS

Nov 14,2023BROUGHT A BMW 520D FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. WAS SPEAKING WITH JAY AND SEEMED REALLY HELPFUL. GOT THE CAR DELIVERED TO FIND MOT MUST HAVE BEEN A BACK HANDER. THE CAR HAS A STEERING FAULT REGARDING THE BUSHES. THE WASHERS DONT WORK. OIL LEAK FROM ROCKER COVER. PARKING SENSORS DONT WORK EITHER. AFTER CONTACTING THEM THERE RESPONSE WAS .... GET IT LOOKED AT AND WE WILL SORT THE COSTS. TOTAL SILENCE AFTER THAT. I GAVE THEM A WEEK TO REPLY BUT NOTHING. REPORTED TO DVLA REGARDING MOT. HAVE HAD ANOTHER MOT RE DONE BY MY DAD AND HAVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THIS CAR COULD NEVER OF PASSED ON THE DATE IT APPARENTLY HAD. LUCKY FOR ME MY PARTNERS A SOLICITOR AND HAVE APPLIED TO THE SMALL CLAIMS. ALL COULD OF BEEN AVOIDED BY JUST COMMUNICATION. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Left a deposit lunchtime and the car was delivered at my home address same day by his professional team at a time that worked around me. Car was as described. Great honest salesmen will be back for my daughters first car. Would highly recommend to anyone! if i could give more than 5 stars i would! well done team!. Youv gained a repeat customer for life!

Oct 28,2023Bought a car blind and given 3 months warranty. ELM light came on a week later oil light on handbrake requires adjusting, 2 bald tyres. I have emailed, rang, WhatsApp messaged. They are reading the messages but not I am not getting any reply. Not good customer service. Will take action if no response in the next few days
