I later realized through a phone call, the chat service is not available on Sunday, However, they failed to mention that in the chat service. Additionally, the man who I spoke with on the phone was very antagonistic and difficult with which to collaborate. I shall try on Monday and fingers crossed that I received someone who is willing to work with a customer and provide true customer service.
