Mar 08,2024Incompetent update of their email hosting saw my business email shut down just 4 hours after I was given 72 hours to implement new DNS addresses. Emails were lost. But that's not the reason for the poor review. Reason is appalling lack of support available. I really wanted to raise a complaint, but there is no one to complain to. Support twice promised to investigate and call back, but never did. 2 stars rather than 1, because in the past they have been really good to deal with. I don't know what's changed more recently.

Mar 05,2024since yesterday I have been trying to fix my IT problem related domain, webmails, password, all sorts. I left all things anattended and suddenly all came to my attention. I needed to fix them all a.s.a.p. Every time I raised my support request, every single staffs are very attentive, listen carefully my problems were. I am not IT person but I am in the position I have to deal with. My head did not link how I can solve those. Getting to the solution, pointed aout I needed to fix DNS number. I had no idea until I asked their support. It took time however, In the end I could have solved all my issues.I can not remember everyone's name, I thought I am still able to access all my communication but I cant. Who I remember are Eloise, Tony, and Rogine but everyone who supported me. Thank you again. You guys are wonderful.

The service of this company is third class and full of nonsense. My domain is going on hold after I registered the domain here. Not giving its solution for last 25 days, And why it is going on hold is also not answered, So no one should register domain on this company onlydomains.com website
