Feb 12,2024I had a domain name registered with them. I left it to expire as I no longer needed it. But then later I had a need to restore it. So, I made a domain restore order, paying an additional $50 in restore fees. I was told by support that it can take up to 72 hours for the domain to be live (that is, 3 days). After 3 days and the domain restoring still "in progress", I contacted support, but got no reply. I tried calling them but got no one answering the phone. It's been 6 days now, and still the domain has not been restored and I got no response from support. UPDATE: I got a response finally from support and the domain has been activated so I'm adjusting my review to 3 stars instead of 1. Support mentioned that the domain was restored on the same day of placing my order but not set as active!! This means there is some manual step in that process that needs to be automated because this very long delay is truly unacceptable.
