Feb 23,2024Only Domains upgraded their system, send an email that I need to update my IP and left me to it. Like I am some type of IT expert, there is no way of calling, and I had numerous emails with little to no explanation on how to update the IP address. I am now without an email, for 2 days and I have clients trying to contact me. Not only frustrating, but will have to pay someone to help me update the IP address after wasting hours trying to figure it out myself. I can not tell you how angry I am that the explanation or contact on how to get help is missing and non existent! Not good enough.
