I was given a late payment charge which I am not happy about - cost me £90 for my trip from Heathrow to Sutton - I am not a frequent flyer - (the flight landed half an hour early at 7.00 but we didn't get off for about 10-15 minutes). I went to the carpark - Arrivals 1 where I was directed - I got there around 8.40 after being stuck in baggage collection for ages - the driver could not find me for 20 minutes because he was right at the back of the carpark - no-one told me to find him there. I had to walk around the carpark with my arm raised up. After starting my journey at 9pm UK time the previous evening, having slept only 1-2 hours to be walking around the airport carpark at 8.40am with my hand in the air was not funny – this was then followed this up with 2 calls from your admin department around 9.00am (just 2 minutes after finding the cab) happily telling me I had incurred a late charge. This is one of the worst taxi experiences ever. I will never book with you again. This company knows better than me - because this is their business - that 1 hour is not enough time for someone with 3 luggages to get to the carpark. They are using peoples lack of knowledge to make money. The driver told me he was booked from 7am and my flight was scheduled to land at 7.30am - I think this was bad managment on their part which cost the driver £20 - (£5 per half an hour) but I paid for it.

I have been using Onward Travel Solutions in London. Really good service and reliable drivers. I like them as it is easy to communicate with them, I often order taxi to pick up my parents who do not speak perfect English, when I am in contact with them they almost always send me a text that they met my parents and are on the way. I really appreciate this. Never had any issues.

We made a return journey from Cambridge to Gatwick airport. Drivers were on-time. Car size absolutely fine. No hidden charge. In our return from the airport, the driver contacted me through WhatsApp and we found him outside terminal, without any problem. Overall a very good experience. BTW we booked with this company before.

fir thge second time, you ahve successfully picked up my american famiuly from the airport, and this time with all the strikes etc it was very important that they got there.your driver was assiduous keeping track of them, and even though they were early, blown eastward by the storm, there he was .they said he was really nice and charming and got them to southampton to the ferry . of course the ferry was delayed,. nothing to be done about that excpet perhaps to employ enough cover so that ferries can run if someone has flu. thabks agiun we wilkl be using you again pretty soon thanks. Delian and family.

This company is a shark. Avoid at all costs. They want to make money from every loophole they can find. Booked a return to Heathrow. On the onward journey they said we had more suitcases than the car could accommodate although they had fitted all in the boot. So they charged us extra for a larger car on the return, which we paid. While returning our flight was delayed and I sent them email to pick up one hour later but they sent the driver at the original time. Then wanted more money for waiting time. Absolutely will not use them again.

Customer service is non existent and they seem quite happy to leave elderly customers stranded once they have made you pay upfront. A return journey was booked with them and we also confirmed twice over the phone what the pick up return address was. When it was time to leave and head back home, the taxi was waiting at our home address! When we called OTS to rectify the situation and send a driver to the correct address, the man was rude and basically said it wasn't their problem unless more money was paid to them for another driver. I never write reviews but I was gobsmacked at the rudeness of the man. Never again! I'd recommend paying a bit extra to use a more reputable taxi firm.
