I had a very pleasant ride, mr Chris was very friendly and helpful in showing us the way all through to our destination. Though I was asked to pay £13 which I didn't know what for because we were at terminal 3 even before time and we had to look for chris .

DO NOT USE! Left us standing on our drive for an hour and a half when we should have been travelling via their minibus to the airport to go on holiday; very stressful! OTS staff on the phone accepted that we then needed to drive to the airport instead and said we would be compensated for the excess parking charge through parking on the day. Upon our return though, OTS refused to refund the excess cost. The stated reason was that customers should not rely upon their company to get them to an airport for flights on time as they accept no responsibility to ensure you get there on time. I strongly advise that you find another company.

Terrible driver, speeding on the motorway, over 90 miles an hour, driving too close to the car in front. Missed a couple of turnings so just reversed up road. Was rude on collection with no clear instructions on where to meet. I would not recommend this company.

Appalling customer services. Very rude and extremely unhelpful. Cancellation of a taxi is not possible even well in advance without a high cost, despite the fact they have not provided the service.

By far the worst experince I have had. • Driver did not meet and greet as expected. I did get a whatsapp message, however, I do not have my notifications turned on during flights nor after landing as I am focused on getting through customs etc. • I had to meet the driver at the car park as he was running well over hour late…this is not meet and greet. • It took 2 hours for me to get home and this after a long and tiring 23 hour journey…pure hell!! • The car stank of cigarettes and when I asked the driver, he was very quick to say no. However, I could see the electric cigarette lighter at the rear of the car had been used on several occasions.

Have used OTS a few times now and have never been let down - everything you could ask for in a taxi firm! Easy to book, easy to cancel or change if necessary. Thoroughly recommend!

I’ve used this company three times now and that will be it. The drivers have been late on pick up, rude, with very poir driving skills and tried to scum me many times. Please don’t fall into the trap. The customer services is nice and dilligent but cannot keep up with the incompetence of their drivers

This company has horrific customer service. My flight arrived on time but there were some baggage delays - which I communicated with the driver from the very beginning, and throughout. ONly after picking me up was I informed that I would need to "pay the driver's parking fee in cash". Then it turned to "you must pay a waiting fee of £23 (on top of my full airport charge which I had already paid). This was all told to me verbally, and only once I was in the car. I asked for this to be communicated in writing so that I could process it and pay once I had read the T&Cs. They agreed. Only for 10 minutes into the journey the driver to stop me on the hard shoulder of the motorway and refuse to respond to me anymore, until I paid £27 (previously £23). After this horrifying ordeal as a lone female traveller, the company had the cheek to email me and request a further £5 waiting fee for the time we spend on the hard shoulder of the motorway. As if I was the one who requested this. Do not use this company if you care about your safety.

we are an airport transfer company and started to use them as a back up. 4 incidents drivers cancelling jobs at last minute. unable to load vehicles properly and when customers helped them driver accused them of shouting and damaging his car. unloaded luggage and drove off and left them. Not a company to use under any circumstance

i pre paid for an 8 seater taxi to go to Gatwick through OTS. and a standard taxi arrived. I was told they might be able to get an 8 seater to me within an hour. This would have meant missing my our flights. I therefore had to send my parents in the taxi and then drive myself to Gatwick. to cap it all off they didnt pay the full amount for car parking and petrol . Shocking company, shocking customer service - dont use

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I paid 5 pounds for meet and greet for a transfer from Heathrow to Cambridge on 7 Sep 2022 but there was no such service upon arrival. And got surcharge for being "late" and they did not respond to my queries after taking my money.

DO NOT USE Do not use booked a 02:30 pick up never turned up phoned and was informed the could not get hold of the driver and then I was told it could be 40 minutes to get another driver that would have been 03:45 if they turned up I used a local taxi service and it was a pound cheaper they are completely useless

Pre-booked a taxi with this company, through their website Airport Taxi Service / Onward Travel Solutions expecting a relaxing journey home after our very long journey, instead it was a nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend this service but some tips if you do: 1) read the small print, especially the directions for the pick up location, to avoid being swindled with a ‘meet and greet’ fee. 2) the driver might text/call to request that you call once you land and collect baggage: what they don’t say is they allow you an hour from the point you land to getting in the taxi before they charge you a fee for being late. So, it’s important you know where the pick up is, they’re not very understanding when you have to walk 30mins from airport to meet the driver. 3) be safe when walking away from your airport in unlit/isolated areas. 4) if they make up some erroneous reason to overcharge/fine you, challenge it! 5) request the vehicle registration details as it’s really difficult identifying the taxi at a busy location when they don’t have a clear company name or logo displayed. 6) checkout other companies. 7) We wouldn’t have booked had we searched and read their reviews first 🫤

I had booked an executive car which meant I would be allowed 3 pcs of luggage and two persons. I had paid 170 Pounds including 5 Pounds for meet and greet. Please note that I am also partly disabled due to a knee injury and walking with a cane. I got a call when landed by a driver telling me to call him when we got our luggage and he would enter the car park at terminal 2 and that we would need to go to the car park to find him. Therefore no meet nor greet! Finally when I pushed the issue through the their office he came. While waiting with him at the elevator - mind you he was rude ,aggressive ,smelly and unkept - not an executive car driver - he decided that his BMW 5 would not take our luggage - we had 3 normal sized 20 kg pieces ,one small laptop case and a slighter bigger hand luggage which could have gone on the the co-drivers's side footwell. He then ,for an entire hour he was talking to the company and passing the phone back and forth to me ,with another rude lady telling me that she will send another car ,but that I would need to pay another 170 Pounds ..just to add insult to injury. Finally I hang up the phone on her and as I was in pain we took a black cab which cost us 163 Pounds .... Please ,if you are reading this ,it ie better to walk to London than to use this company. Needless to say that I will involve my solicitors to demand my fair plus the one for the black cab and sue them for blackmail and health and safety issues.

Absolutely dreadful. The number provided to contact the driver was a landline. The operators couldn’t say where the driver was or when the driver would arrive. They said they’d get him to call me - he didn’t and I had to chase them again. When he did call he was rude and dismissive. He claimed to be ten mins away - he wasn’t. The driver arrived 45minutes after my flight was due to land then told me it was my fault because my flight had arrived early and that in any event he had an hour from the scheduled flight time to turn up. The purpose of most companies taking the flight number is so they can track your flight’s progress and arrive on time. My complaint was that he was not at the airport for my scheduled landing time. In addition to his lateness and rudeness, it's very clear from the confirmation details that the hour following the scheduled landing time is for the passenger to contact the driver and alert them to their arrival and readiness to go to the car - if you (the passenger) notify them (the driver) later than 1hr you will be charged an additional £20 per hour. This hourly provision is not for the driver to be late - and there is no suggested reduction in few if they are. Only the customer is to pay extra. The driver was late and rude. The service paid for was not provided. There was a direct, stressful impact on later timings for me - but even without this knock on effect, the service given was unacceptable.

I paid for meet and greet, didn't happen. Spend an hour in arrivals looking for the driver, couldn't be found. Called the office twice, got curt unresponsive reply and hung up on. To add insult to injury, when we did find the driver, without a meet/greet card, we got surcharged £6.00 for being late! Avoid these people at your cost. The drive in was fine, finding the driver was a nightmare.
