He helped me find discounts and I wanted to split pay my order between my health savings card and my credit card. He said he was very happy to help me with that. I accidentally entered my mom's name instead of mine on my order. I needed it corrected and thought I might have to cancel my order and resubmit with my name. I ordered two boxes of contacts and when they arrived I realized that I ordered the strength for my glasses rather than contacts. I panicked and thought I was out $150. I called Customer Service, expecting push back at the least. I talked to James and he was understanding and did not hesitate to send me the correct lenses THAT day, even before I shipped (with the free mailing label he send immediately) the incorrect ones back.
