I reordered contacts a few weeks ago. Reordering was super easy, they arrived quickly, and the product is great. I noticed today that the online price was about half the price I paid so I sent a message to customer service about an adjustment. Tony B quickly looked over my order and was able to process a refund for me. I feel confident in the customer service provided by Opticontacts and have found they always have the best price.
I was a little confused about uploading my prescription because I didn’t see it change from old scrip on the order, so I called in on their 800 number. I held less than a minute and spoke with Francis. He was so nice and helpful. It was refreshing. He helped me upload my scrip, made sure it was correct, and expedited the order because I was worried I wouldn’t get them before I went out of town. Great customer service! Customer service is practically non existent these days, so when I receive good service I like to acknowledge it. I accidentally ordered the wrong contacts. Dennis from customer service corrected it hassle free and even provided a better discount. I was pleasantly surprised. Shipping has always been great too!!
I agree with another review that I read here that the coupon offer seems to amount to false advertising to reel you in, because other charges raise the final price almost back to the original price which is inflated from the quote I got with my eye doctor. Also, when I wanted to add my prescription to my order, there was no easy or clear way to do that on the website. That said, when I called customer service, I had excellent support from Diana. She was helpful, professional, accommodating and efficient, and she is the reason I am giving four stars. When I was concerned about getting my order before I leave on an upcoming trip, she even upgraded my shipping at no charge and made sure the order got shipped the same day.

Saw advertised price on contacts with a coupon for $15 a box . Went thru the whole process of ordering get ready to check out says total is $111 total. Then hit ship order and then that page said $247 .They added on a $89 processing fee and $19 shipping . So I then wanted to find out if they charged me $89 processing because they gave me coupon discount so I made an order without using a coupon paying full price for contacts and the processing fee dropped to $14 with free shipping . So they are false advertising because if you use coupon code they get it back by charging you a high processing fee . The contacts were the same price either way. This practice should be against the law
Robert was an amazing representative who handled himself above and beyond. He was polite, efficient and handled my request quickly.
