The contacts I got were horrible the first time. They sent me some new ones no question asked but they were still the same which lets me know it was not the contacts themselves but probably the brand or the new script I got. There promptness and great customer service was awesome

Well, my eye doctor made an ERROR and the wrong contacts were sent. Robert guided me through the process of mailing back the wrong contacts, contacting the doctor to get the correct information and shipping the correct contacts. I am very appreciative. He was excellent and you should be very proud to have him as a star employee. As a result of all this, I will continue to use Opticontacts.
