I really appreciated their customer service and would buy again in the future. Base on this I'm changing this to 5 star). Original review: The contact lenses doesn't work (the label matches my order/prescription, but when I wear it my world is still blurry).

Mar 27,2024I previously contacted OptiContacts regarding a box of Proclear Compatibles, which included dried-out contact lenses with no solution fluid in the packaging. They offered a $10 store credit for the dried lenses. In addition to the dried lenses, three lenses from a box with an expiration date of 2025-03-31 did not last more than 10 days before tearing, although they are intended to be monthly disposables. The lenses were purchased in December 2021, so I contacted the manufacturer regarding these defective lenses. The manufacturer, CooperVision, was willing to send a replacement with approval from OptiContacts to distribute the replacement. OptiContacts denied approval for the manufacturer to send a replacement for the box of defective contact lenses. I understand OptiContacts not sending a replacement from their own stock due to their warranty policy, which is why I contacted the manufacturer regarding the quality of their product. Since OptiContacts denied approval for the manufacturer to send them a replacement to distribute, the manufacturer could not back the quality of their product and correct the situation. I have used Proclear contacts for over 18 years and have not encountered issues like this before. I have also been a consumer of OptiContacts since 2012. Unfortunately, due to this situation, I will no longer purchase from OptiContacts in the future.

Mar 26,2024I still haven't received the contacts that I order weeks ago. The tracking says it will be arriving late, and it has been awaiting delievery since March 13th, and it's now the 25th. I required my contacts as soon as possible as I must change it out soon.

Mar 26,2024Edit: Opticontacts Customer Service contacted me the same day I posted this review and gave me a call about my order. The CS rep I spoke with understood my concerns and immediately sent out a new box for my left eye. I am incredibly surprised and happy with the service I received through this site and their willingness to correct it. I will be ordering from them again whenever I need more contacts. While cheap, the first set of contacts I've used from them is giving me irritation in my left eye for over 2weeks now. I'm not really sure if contacts expire, which could be why the normally $100 per box were only $20, but I'm going to switch to another set from the same box and order from this site and see what happens. Because of the sale, I bought 2yrs worth of contacts and don't want to be experiencing this the entire time, especially after spending over $300. I will request a refund if this occurs again.
