Mar 23,2024So the first set of contacts I ordered didn't arrive not sure what happened cuz there was delivery confirmation to my post office but it never made it to my box I told them what happened and they immediately sent out a new set of contacts the customer service was phenomenal I absolutely recommend optic contacts to anyone shopping online for contact lenses thanks a lot guys

I never wanted the contacts, I have zero recollection of subscribing, they charged my Apple Pay with no warning and shipped the product before I had a chance to cancel. I am sending them back. When I complained they simply sent a label but not personal or even auto response. Would not recommend this company even though products are fine. Get them elsewhere.

First you see the total price for contacts, and then they double it as total with some strange processing fees that had not been mentioned at the beginning. Their Customer Service is unfriendly and not helpful and I felt myself as speaking with scam
