Outstanding customer service from Optoma. The excellent BE4 Sports earphones had shed one of the twin blade earplugs. A mere 24 hours after asking Optima how I could acquire a replacent my request was fulfilled as they fast tracked a new pair to me via UPS. An incredibly high standard of service which should serve as a flagship to others. Well done Optoma!
Had a broken unit, after having contact with them via email the entire process went so smooth and fast. Replacement is being sent as we speak. Very good service, would definitely recommend them. Keep it up!
Very kind and very quick in response! My projector, although brand new, started making a weird noise, like a "buzz", minutes after I opened it. It did it every time and although I tried everything in my hand to discover the cause I didin;t manage to solve the problem. It was very annoying when trying to watch a movie or see a video. Optoma service in my country tried to solve the problem, with no luck. I then contacted Optoma service in UK. I was told to send the projector to them with no charge. They received the projector and I was given exact information about the whole procedure. After a while the projector was safe back to me and everything was fixed. Very professional team and very satisfying outcome!
One of the best experiences i had with customer service My projector developed a fault,when i approached the shop with the problem,they where pushing me to contact Optoma uk as they highlighted they do a pick up service,i was a bit annoyed at first as really im not optoma's customer in theory,anyhow i contacted Liam explained the problem expecting to be turned away.Nope/. he asked me for the serial number and said when would you like us to pick it up,we set a date and sure enough picked up .no hassle, i sent Liam an email for a prgress report he was straight back to me with the correct information,i have since got my projector back and its fine,i did send Liam an email to say thank you,but felt i had to share it publicly how good the service i received,i would advise anyone who has optma equipment and has a question or problem these people are extremely helpful and i cant thank them enough.all the best for the future and once again thank-you i would have given 10 stars if there was the option
Had a problem sourcing a USB charging cable for my optoma 3D glasses as they are custom built for the glasses. Optoma sent me out some replacements free of charge.
Brilliant Customer Service, I bought an Electric Projector Screen a few years ago and it has been fantastic no problems at all, I recently boxed in my screen so you couldn't see it but the remote control could not get through the box, I contacted Optoma and spoke to Greg, he was brilliant and within an hour had posted out a Remote Extender Wire Free of Charge, this was over and above any expectations I had. Excellent bluetooth headphones - comfortable and long battery life, easy to use and set up. Come with useful carrying case/pouch. Excellent customer service - replaced my ear buds (for free) within a few days after I contacted them asking if I could buy more as mine were taken from my bag!
Whilst I was unhappy that my brand new Optoma HD152X had a faulty colour wheel out of the box which gave me a high pitched noise on the unit. I contacted Optoma (because Amazon were completely useless) and the support I got was first class. They organised my collection of my device and communicated quickly and efficiently. I think a small staffing issue led to a delay in my replacement unit being sent but nevertheless I’ve got a replacement unit installed and I’m happy customer. Approx 11 days since I contacted them on their website. Thank you Greg & Luke for the great support.

I thought customer service was dead (old cynic as I am) - but honestly I am taken aback with Optoma and their staff; Luke B. and Liam B. They should run classes on Customer Service and Telephone Manners.Products are excellent, staff are excellent and support is excellent. Well worth noting if you're considering buying a projector, it's an expensive and complex item and you may find you do sometimes need a little help.
First class aftersales service from Greg Douglas. Optoma will be the only manufacturer I look at for my next projector.

Purchased a pair of Their BE6i headphone just under a year ago, the retailer said they couldn't do anything but the manufacturer would help. Reached out the them last week, sent them off easy process and they have dispatched a brand new pair. Their service agent Liam Baines in their Hertfordshire office was very helpful and professional went above and beyond and kept me posted on what has going on. Will always use Optoma products in the future.

I have an older Optoma projector, which recently broke down. As I could not find a replacement that would meet my needs, I gave these fabulous folk a call and they agreed to take a look. Greg handled the collection by courier and helped give me some advice on what to expect, and everything went smoothly, with fast immediate responses to all my queries. Just got my projector back today, and was able to get a detailed rundown of what they had done to get my ailing media machine back into action from Luke. All very friendly and helpful folks, I would also like to thank Richard, who I have not had the pleasure of speaking to, but was also involved in me getting a fast and great service, which was much better value than expected. Certainly will be using Optoma.co.uk for all my future projector needs. Keep up the good work! You have a very happy customer here.
I bought an optoma projector: hd25lv. The biggest mistake i did in my purchase. After six months: you could see vertical lines. Impossible to watch a movie in this case. I sent it in warranty. They fix the problem, but they forgot to replace the cable of the remot control. So everything i had to do was manual(hopefully it was fixed on the ceiling :-( Anyway after six months the problem came back again and the warranty was over, so i paid 187 euros to fix the problem, and then guess what, when i received it back i could see full of reflexion on the screen. I called them right away, and guess what they told me: do you watch movie in a totaly obscurity??? So i baught another projector from Benq and you know what it work very well!!!!

Dec 28,2019Amazing customer service. I had lost an earbud and when I asked the customer service online, they replied within 24hours, they sent me out a spare earbud for free. Gary Vine the marketing specialist was amazing help, thank you. Plus the item I have is the optoma nuforce besport 4, great product and sweat resistant. My partner bought a pair as he had Bose ones and they just did not sound as good as mine.
