Optoma BeSport 4 Great headphones and even better customer service! Love the sound of these buds as they are much richer and fuller than my previous pair of bluetooth headphones and the battery life is about 8 hours which is great for long trips. The battery developed a fault after a few months but Marius in customer service totally sorted it out in no time and got me a replacement shipped out asap in time for my holiday! Solid performance all round :-)

The after service I have received from Matt Hibberd with issues I have had with my projector as been second to none. He promptly sorted out a price and repair for a colour wheel. And recently been great on recent issue regarding 3d glasses. Will defo recommend opotma on their products and will not hesitate to have another if this one packs up. Notches above rest I looked at. After a year, my projector developed a very small white spot so I contacted support. Greg, who dealt with me throughout, was brilliant. He responded quickly and the projector was sorted promptly. He even chased it up to get it returned for a deadline that we hoped to have it back, for. Thanks Greg, and thanks Optoma.

I have purchased Optoma projectors for years for clients, and find them well made, well priced and very reliable. I recently bought some BE Sport4 Bluetooth headphones. I love them, they have a great battery life, the sound is excellent, and they stay in my no matter what sport I am doing. I recently contacted customer service, and they were quick to respond, super helpful, and went out of their way to help me - a great lesson for any organisation.

I had a problem with one of the earphones (stopping working) so rang them up and spoke to a chap called Greg who could not have been more helpful! He managed to turn the situation round in rapid time, was in constant communication, updating me every step of the way, he is an asset to your company - give that man a raise... this is how customer service should be... outstanding work Optoma.

I purchased Optoma earphones from Amazon. Definitely the best earphones I have owned. After a while, I lost the eartip along with the extras that came with it. I made one call to Optoma, and a wonderful lady named Carina, sent me extra eartips within 2 days! OptomaBEsport4. Thanks Carina x.

I bought the GT1080 Darbee projector in September. Had it 3 months before it started giving me problems. It had a cloudy picture. I got in touch with Optoma and they told me to send it to them for repairs. I sent it in and a week later I rung them and they said apparently it was in quality check and that it was fixed. They posted it to me and I got it 2 days later. I turned it on and it had dust in the lense which I couldn’t clean as it was inside and made watching stuff on it unbearable. I got in touch with Optoma again and they said they would prioritise it and have UPS come and collect it. I was told it will be with them for a maximum of 3 days which wasn’t the case as it was in a queue when I rung them up on the 4th day. I explained to them that I was told it will be prioritised as it was the second time I have sent it in. They told me they will do so. I rung them for the next 2 days to as I was getting frustrated as I had been without it for 3 weeks and they told me it was in quality check apparently on the 2nd day I rung. I received the projector 2 days later after their so called quality check. The dust was removed but picture was still cloudy. It has been unbearable to watch and I am starting to lose my patience as it has been almost a month. Now I have to send it in for the 3rd time. I emailed them today and apparently I have to now fill out some kind of form. I didn’t need a form first and second time I sent it. I am very disappointed. This whole experience has been a nightmare.

Complete frustration with Optoma Projector Uhd560. Continual "no source found" error message and loss of picture. Has become unusable. Their support consisted of stating that it could only be a problem with my equipment. Cant even reach them now by emIl or phone. Just leave messages. Very very frustrating. I cant even find out how to service thos three month old projector purchased from Amazon. patrickcorrick. I was able to find a support link, the problem was resolved. It was as if the support was on a low energy diet however, information was pulled from a slow motion parade.

I bought the Optoma NuForce BE Sport 3 headphones which sound great, are very lightweight, and easy to connect up to your phone or smart watch. Excellent battery life (about 8 hours). And the price is decent too!

Am very happy with the product. Needed some replacement ear tips and the service was prompt, efficient and very courteous. Very impressed and would be more than happy to buy their products again.

Service and after-sales excellent. Required additional brackets for Optoma 120 screen for family viewing in a different room during holiday visits. Order promptly addressed and delivered quickly. Penny Wilkinson at sales and support was excellent in tracking /checking delivery and offering advice.

Firstly I use the Sport 3 wireless buds and they are amazing...by far the best wireless buds out there! The query I had was solved in a single day and had lots of follow up from customer service. Super impressed. Penny Wilkinson was the person who helped me....couldn't have gone any better! A++

Riporto di seguito una conversazione tenuta con il team tecnico di Optoma in data 27/08/2018. ----------------------------------- Salve, sono qui a segnalarvi uno spiacevole episodio in merito all’acquisto di un proiettore Optoma modello PK301. Il prodotto è stato acquistato nel febbraio 2012 (11/02/2012) dal rivenditore Pixmania (N° Ordine : CCL1323124287) ed utilizzato sporadicamente in occasione di brevi periodi di vacanza. Volendo fare una stima per eccesso direi che il proiettore non è stato utilizzato per più di 250 ore in tutto dall'acquisto ad oggi. Nonostante l’esiguo numero di ore di utilizzo, il proiettore nell'arco di soli tre giorni (dal 14/08/2018 al 16/08/2018) ha cominciato a degradare l'immagine che oggi si presenta con una quantità enorme di pixel “bruciati”, ovvero pixel che rimangono perennemente bianchi o neri (come da foto allegata). Considerata la qualità dei prodotti Optoma che garantiscono una resa di circa 20.000 ore prima del degrado e l'estrema cura con cui è stato sempre trattato l'oggetto (si veda altra foto allegata), ritengo l'accaduto inaccettabile. Resto in attesa di un cortese riscontro da parte vostra. Grazie. Ing. Devo quindi desumere che un prodotto che vanta 20.000 ore di funzionamento abbia in realtà una durata di sole 250 ore. Vi ringrazio comunque per la risposta. Cmq solo il laboratorio riparazioni potrà fornirle una diagnosi ed un eventuale preventivo per la riparazione. Bought a projector from them, the bulb blew circa 2.5 years in and damaged part of the projector and they took it away from my house and fixed it pronto. Great service, expected an argument because it was a few years old but no. Works well now and super bright with new bulb.
