Jun 22,2024My sneaker box was completely damaged inside the package. I asked their customer service for a return label multiple times and they didn't even bother to reply to my request. Very unprofessional customer assistance from their side.

Jun 22,2024Cet enseigne c'est un désastre. Sur internet, j'en ai vu des trucs, mais là, une telle incompétence, un tel je m'en foutisme, c'est de l'art. Commande passé le 17 juin 2024, commande annulée le 20 juin avec un mail d'excuse au sujet de l'article qui n'est plus disponible. MAIS ALORS POURQUOI LE LAISSER SUR LE SITE ALORS QUE VOUS SAVEZ QU'IL N'Y EN A PLUS ???? À l'heure ou j'écris ces lignes, il y est encore :/ Bref, à éviter, site de commerce géré avec les pieds. PS : Le SAV mérite la médaille de l'invisibilité. BRAVO !

Jun 20,2024Update : Order canceled without explanation and the jacket ordered and still available on the site. Refund made. I'm leaving one star anyway because it's scandalous to charge for an item on the Oqium site when it doesn't exist in their warehouse. If you claim to be professionals, behave like one, otherwise, sell sandwiches. Never trust Oqium, despite the seriousness of the site it is only an appearance, order placed on June 16, 2024, no email was sent to me to confirm the order, then, 4 reminders to customer service to find out when the order will be honored, no response from it, I opened a dispute on Paypal to recover my money. In short, online sales site to be blacklisted, non-serious brand and to be avoided if you don't want to be defrauded. Prefer serious sites like Caliroots, BSTN, or even SVD. Ne faites jamais confiance à Oqium, malgré le sérieux du site ce n'est qu'une apparence, commande passée le 16 juin 2024, aucun mail ne m'a été envoyé pour confirmer la commande, puis, 4 relances au service client pour savoir quand la commande sera passée honoré, pas de réponse de sa part, j'ai ouvert un litige sur Paypal pour récupérer mon argent. Bref, site de vente en ligne à blacklister, marque non sérieuse et à éviter si l'on ne veut pas se faire arnaquer. Préférez les sites sérieux comme Caliroots, BSTN, ou encore SVD. Vertrouw nooit op Oqium, ondanks de ernst van de site is het slechts schijn, bestelling geplaatst op 16 juni 2024, er is geen e-mail naar mij gestuurd om de bestelling te bevestigen, daarna 4 herinneringen aan de klantenservice om erachter te komen wanneer de bestelling zal zijn vereerd, geen reactie van, ik opende een geschil op Paypal om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Kortom, online verkoopsite om op de zwarte lijst te zetten, niet serieus merk en te vermijden als je niet opgelicht wilt worden. Geef de voorkeur aan serieuze sites zoals Caliroots, BSTN of zelfs SVD.

Jun 18,2024Bought Jordan spizike yellow trainers from here they arrived . The only things I didn’t like was the automated messages you get as a reply from them and the length of time for delivery however they were coming from Netherlands. But for the price of the trainers 10/10
