Jul 04,2024Ho vinto una scarpa da una loro raffle ma il prodotto (arrivato dopo 2 settimane, 2 settimane... !) è chiaramente difettato. Ho chiesto un rimborso parziale tenendo il prodotto in quanto non può essere sostituito, ma l'azienda mi propone solo il reso totale (spese di spedizione a carico del cliente per un prodotto difettato inviato da loro) perdendo quindi il prodotto vinto e pagato 230€. Sconsiglio di acquistare da questo negozio a causa della loro cattiva politica verso il consumatore. Sono MOLTO deluso e questo comportamento è inaccettabile per una spesa di 230€. Spedire un prodotto non controllato (perché palesemente difettato) senza possibilità di rimborso parziale è considerabile SCAM. Pessima esperienza

Send a dm via Insta, very friendly collegue but she did not get approval to give me a discountcode from her boss. Because i didn't buy my product in the sale :-I

Jun 25,2024I’ve placed an order with 4 items and with the confirmation email I get the information that one of them wasn’t available anymore and they refund me the money. So far, so good. When I get the package I noticed that one of the items was wrong, didn’t match with the one that I ordered. I’ve reached the costumers service by email. It took a while to get an answer but they replied and handled the situation immediately, sending me the correct item and a return tag so return the wrong one. Everything get right. Thanks to Yordi and Jorien from Costumers Service for saving the day!
