They’ve provided 3 different telephone numbers on their website but no one has responded to my calls for days. Haven’t received answers to my emails for days as well. Support is non-existent. If there is something wrong with your order - good luck sorting it out. Terrible shop.

Jun 07,2024My experience with oqium was good. I order some stuff and they arrived 3 weeks later which is normal if you consider the distance. Suddenly the sizes where big so I have to return it and I asked for smaller. I also asked if I can add thing in the order with the smaller size jerseys and I am waiting if I can. If the response is positive the site deserve 5 stars

Jun 06,2024Good deals, easy process to order. Shipping (i.e. process of handing it over the courier) took longer on their end than communicated. Returning items understanably costs money, but it would be nice to be able to choose which deliverer you can use given that you pay either at least 80%ish of a normal parcel shipment either way.
