Mar 13,2023Schoenen besteld op 4 maart, order 119588. Op 11 maart maar eens een mail gestuurd waar de schoenen bleven. Krijg ik vandaag een reactie dat het gecanceld is en geld retour komt. Geen uitleg niks. Echt waardeloos. Reageren niet eens inhoudelijk op de mail die ik gestuurd had. Respectloos naar de klant toe.

Mar 06,2023Oqium geht 2 Wochen nach Erhalt von Sneekern nicht auf eine berechtigte Reklamation ein. Eine Naht löst sich am Schuh und man wird nur vertröstet. Nie wieder!!!

I like this color of shoes and I can't find it in Switzerland the same color otherwise I will resend it back ..and better to write there it's not free to Switzerland it cost that much ... It's was for me to expensive.. And never I will buy something here

Mar 01,2023I ordered from Switzerland, and the size of the sneakers was not right (to small for this size!), so I had to pay for retour and customs duties of 34 Fr. - becouse the company did not want to take these costs into account. I would not recommend anyone from Switzerland to order something here.. And the shipping time is very long..

Mar 19,2023Sehr gut ist das vielfältige Sortiment u d die gute Qualität des Angebotes. Schade funktioniert das Replacement mit dem aufgeschalteten Dok. für die Schweiz nicht. Ist jedoch kein Problem da man via Post Schweiz und Begleitmail den Austausch von Waren erledigen kann.
