I had the misfortune of finishing an ordered product and very quickly the amount of money paid was transferred to me (given that I live in another country). Thank you ! I definitely recommend Oqium.

Feb 23,2023I discovered Oqium recently whilst doing a product hunt for a friend. I did 3 separate orders but I had a couple of items cancelled from a couple of the orders because they didn't have stock despite the website letting me go through the whole transaction. The notification/refund process was good but that doesn't hide the fact that you're left with one rather disappointed customer. This did happen during their huge website sale, so perhaps before their next big sale, they might want to do some stress testing first. Despite some hiccups, I would certainly come back to Oqium in the future, but I just can't trust their website 100% so I also expect the possibility of some things being canceled. They lose a star for each time I got notified of a cancellation. I'm happy to revise this review once I have proof that their website issues have been fixed.

Feb 22,2023Ordered 2 pairs of basketball shoes for my 2 sons. One pair was ordered from another company and came in 2 days. We are now in the 16 day and we still haven't received the shoes from Oquim. They were sent by PostNL and we are based in Ireland. In the past we received items from Germany in 3 days. Not good enough won't be using again.

Feb 22,2023I was a bit unsure about ordering from them as I'd never heard of them before, but they were the only place with the shoes I wanted in my size, so took a leap of faith. Service was spot on, shoes arrived within 2 days of ordering and in perfect condition. Would definitely use again.
