Nov 07,2023Jonny was really helpful. As a CS agent I would give him 5 stars. I can’t give Orange Genie 5 stars altogether as they are an umbrella company!!! They charge for each timesheet they process, even if you wanted to just be paid monthly and submit all your hours at once, they would charge for a weekly time sheet 4 times whilst the administration would only happen once - so, I can’t give 5 stars but I will say that the agent I spoke to on this occasion did his best to help.
