Feb 13,2023I had a call with Khalifa who was very helpful with getting me up and running with the accounting packages that Osome offer. He answered all the questions I had regarding my business accounts and was able to get me set up to ensure all my financial worries were covered through Osome. If you are starting a new business and need help with finances so you do not have to worry as much about this side of things Khalifa and Osome will be a massive help.

Nurul was very patient, helpful and informative. The cost of the service was also comparable to other accounting service providers, with the benifits of being tailored to growing ecommerce business. Would highly recommend.

Jan 21,2023Poorly run & website issues, A company like this should focus on customer experience, simple, if I spoke with someone whilst going through the issues i was experiencing could have got it resolved, and they would have another customer. the company just don't seem keen on getting you signed up what should be there main priority? the reason for 3 stars is because of there communication and having to wait 2 days for a response. when it should have been dealt with asap
