They have been extremely proactive, nudging me for the correct documents and talking me through the whole process of starting my company. Which has meant I could focus on the rest of my business (oh and looking after twin babies!). They are now taking care of all my accounting. I love the app, it's so easy to use and means I can talk to them at any time, day or night (often night when you have babies!).
