Apr 28,2022We have been with Osome since January 2022, after moving to our last accountant in October 2021. Their sales email said they are e-commerce experts, have an understanding of VAT (global) and can look after all our accounting needs and I can say that so far they have exceeded my expectations based on their sales info. The transfer wasn't straight forward (not down to Osome) but everyone at Osome has been so helpful, available on email and via Zoom, and they have worked so hard to bring our accounts in line. I cant recommend the whole Osome team enough for their expertise, and importantly their customer care which is amazing. Based on what I have experienced in the last four months I have no doubt that I can get on with growing the business knowing our accounts are in very safe hands. So, great experience, easy access to the team and superb customer service - cant ask for more really.

Apr 28,2022I'm reluctant to answer sales calls, especially when they appear as spam on my caller ID, I was driving at the time and had 5 minutes to kill. I spoke to Taiyeb initially who introduced me to Osome and set up a call with Nural. Nural was able to answer all of my accounting questions accurately and without waffling or spinning any yarn. I made the decision to sign up straight away. Let's see what the next few months bring and whether this is a company true to its word.

Apr 25,2022I have been with Osome UK for a year and they didn’t deliver anything that was agreed in the sales call. ❌ no Dedicated accountant, in fact we had about 4 accountant during the year and every time we asked for advice no one could offer tailored advice, I was directed to the HMRC website or Google for further information numerous times. ❌ no regular meetings, not even quarterly reviews or Year end planning to provide tax efficiency advice. They neglected my accounts for the whole year which caused an increase on the amount I had to pay in Corporation taxes. ❌ no advice on VAT, completely disregard to a VAT issue we had that nearly ended up costing our business have I not been on top of them and contacted HMRC directly. They also didn’t alert us when we crossed the threshold, again I was the one who realised it and prompt them. ❌ no integration with Amazon which meant that i had to provide reports on a monthly basis including inventory reporting. ❌unhelpful accountants, every time we asked questions we received directions to HMRC website instead of explaining what was asked. Their payroll expert has always been helpful and replied to queries promptly however don’t expect to receive clear advice on how to run a tax efficient PAYE and ways to make use of all the benefits available. My advice is if you care about growing your business don’t take their service.

When I had more questions I was able to book an appointment to speak with an accountant Gordon the next day. Also did a great job at answering all of my questions. So far so good, my experience has been positive.

Apr 13,2022It's very reassuring to consult with a service tailored for your business needs. Osome is one such service. My field of business is e-commerce and I was particular about selecting an accountancy firm that was highly knowledgeable and competent in working with clients who operate in this area. I researched and contacted a number of accountancy firms before settling on Osome. What attracted me to Osome was a Youtube interview where an independent host, recommended Osome as the go-to accountancy firm for e-commerce businesses. I also looked at the reviews which were rated high, spoke to an Osome representative and read about the services that the company provides. There are a number of things that I like about the service. I appreciate the secure software interface which I found to be user-friendly. I also like the fact that the style of the electronic correspondence is communicated in an informal conversational manner. Furthermore, it is easy for me to upload various document types on the Osome software platform in order to provide evidence for tax submissions. I also welcomed the speedy replies from my assigned accountant who responded promptly to my queries and was always willing to help. The Osome team has asked me, on a number of occasions, how I think their service can improve. I believe that these requests for constructive customer feedback indicates the desire of Osome to continually improve on service quality for the benefit of their existing and future clients. Overall, I am very happy with the service that they provide and without hesitation would recommend Osome to other e-commerce businesses.
