Oct 16,2022I booked a trip through Ovago and got an email with the pending ticket status. I then contacted their customer service through chat to see when the tickets could be confirmed. Brooks from CS helped me answer all my questions in a very respectful manner and even escalated the process so I could receive the confirmation email soon. Within just about 15 minutes of chatting with her, I got the confirmation email from Ovago and could verify the status on the airline's website as well. I highly recommend booking through Ovago if you like discounted tickets and still want to have good customer service.

She knew her stuff well and provided very fast response. Got my e-tickets within half an hour. I went to verify my flight confirmation number with the individual airline website and it was registered! I will recommend to use ovago for your travel plans.

Oct 15,2022My flight schedule was changed by the airline and i was not able to confirm as the link provided was not working. Amber was the support chat person, its been two days, still the tickets are not confirmed. have been trying to get in touch with customer support but no help so far. Updating my review to one star, if I had option would have given minus. Still my flight has not been confirmed , have contacted live support more than 8 times , sent innumerable emails but no response. It's been 2 weeks communicating and contacting Ovago support, harrowing experience. Have not seen worst customer service than this, even smaller companies are 10 times better than them .
