Had a mild panic until I got an agent on live chat. Edgar was super helpful and quick in cancelling the booking before the trip was processed and charged, and I was able to make a correct booking 15-20 minutes later. By flights were confirmed and processed a few hours later. Thank you to the team at Ovago for being easy to use and the only site that was able to locate the flights and layovers that we were looking for.
