Oct 29,2022Agent name Lazar was so helpful to book my reservation for better price than other websites had to offer. I would highly recommend to give try to OVAGO to book your next flight. Don't forget to speak to live chat agent, they might find you better deal than what website have to offer

Oct 28,2022Tried to book a flight. First they charged my card. Then I got an email from 'Fraud prevention' saying that I cannot use that card, and can only use a card issued by either the country I was flying from or flying to (litteraly never happened to me before, god forbid I will fly to and from a country the card was not issued in...) Didn't use a dodgy card, just a plain MasterCard issued in an EU country... shortly after got a call from a US number that rang for less than 1 sec, and now tangled in emails trying to get at least the money that was charged back (IF I CAN'T USE THAT CARD WHY WAS I CHARGED????) Also now mysteriously the fare I was trying to buy is no longer valid. All the hallmarks of a scam. AVIOD

Oct 28,2022It took 5 phone calls over the past week to reach someone who wouldn't hang up on me. But when I finally talked to a person today to make a reservation of a flight using my credit, they said I cannot. Even when I had paid the extra processing fee. I read the receipt and it clearly states that I can rebook as long as it's within 12 months from the original date of issuance. It's been April till October...Could have let me know if something is wrong with the credit instead of staying silent. For anyone reading this, please do not use Ovago.

Oct 27,2022Originally I was not enjoying my experience because I booked a flight and then it went up $500 because the price was not updated. The agent Sally then contacted me via telephone apologize about the situation and gave me a $300 discount and even offered a better flight time than the original with free checked baggage. The experience was great. I will continue using Ovago!

Oct 25,2022They will not change your ticket even if your ticket clearly says changeable even if you are willing to pay the difference and penalty. Trust me do yourself a favor and do not book anything with this company. you will spend hours and hours in the phone hopping someone will talk to you.

Oct 25,2022I asked ovago to exchange the date of my flight and after 2 weeks of constantly calling and asking for exchange, I ended up having a ticket with a wrong time of the flight. Ovago rep took the money the first day which is 392 dollars, and it took her 2 weeks to do that exchange. Every time I called I've been told not to worry, we have saved this option. Horrible experience and customer service from ovago. Agent arguing that its not her fault taking 2 weeks to process the exchange. People save your nerves and buy your tickets directly from airlines you are travelling with. I learned from my mistake here to never deal with any agencies to book your flights. Saving couple of dollars with agencies ain't worth it at all. If you gonna do anything with your ticket after booking with ovago such as date exchange, add passenger or anything else it'll be a disaster. Good luck reaching them out first, the option to talk to rep if you have existing booking is not possible, they just hang up. Choose option to book a new flight, they always answer and then asked them to transfer to exchange.

Oct 25,2022I have been trying to make a change on my itinerary and though the people on the live chat room have been doing their best to be helpful, anytime they've promised that I'd receive a call or an email within the next 48 hrs about the change, I never receive it. I have to ask again and again, and they just tell me it's in processing. I will never book with Ovago again.
