Jan 13,2024The lady that comes in to do a bit of cleaning once a week picked up a table lamp and the lampshade more or less fell apart looked like the glue had lost it strength. So was able to order a new shade slightly smaller and have it delivered the next day. True to form it arrived the next day and was promptly fitted to the lamp to make the living room more respectable looking as New Year’s Eve was looming the next day. So many thanks to Pagazzi lighting.

Jan 09,2024Because I saw good quality display lighting in the store, I had confidence in ordering a product online that was not available in the store. Unfortunately, many of the product descriptions online were unclear, the data was incorrect, and there were few photos. The delivered item had poor quality, resembling an old item with multiple stains, scratches, and even rust stains, the bulb socket is not on centre, so the bulb can not be stood erect, which made me very unhappy. This store has very few branches, and they do not offer click & collect. They charge £6.99 for delivery and the same amount for returns. If I want to return the item, I will definitely lose £13.98. I have completely lost confidence in this store.

Jan 14,2024My husband and I went to the pagazzi store in Bolton today and we received the best customer service we’ve received in years at any retail store! Deputy manager Adam went out of his way to help us find the light we wanted. He really went over and above to assist us, even more than what was expected of him and we are truly grateful. Without his help we wouldn’t have been able to leave with the light fitting we had hoped for. Thank you Adam!
