I wanted it for Christmas and felt they should have sent me a new one straight away rather than have me waiting for a part as they have my money. I will say your customer service is not good.

Unfortunately they were both damaged, which had obviously happened during manufacture and not in the warehouse or during transit. As these were the last two in stock we decided to keep them, but in hindsight should have returned them as they were quite expensive and of very poor quality!
