Jan 18,2024We saw the light fitting on display in one of Pagazzi's concession stores, but they didn't have one in stock and couldn't forecast if or when they could get one for us. Buying from the Pagazzi website was easy and they use DPD for deliveries, who are probably the best courier service that delivers to our area. Finally the light looks amazing in our living room.

Jan 15,2024Arrived a day late but that was as DPD’s fault not Pagazzi. Light was very well packed. A little tricky to attach uplighter but when finished the lamp was just what I’d hoped for. The dimmer switch allows a subtle to very bright light. Very happy with my purchase.

I once changed my mind about an order and they refunded it quickly and easily, so customer service is fantastic too. I've purchased both online and in their Warrington store and it's always been a great experience. Would definitely recommend.
